Project Support and Founder’s Personal Assistant

Patience Ekele is a dedicated law student with a passion for justice, a deep love for God, and a strong commitment to service. Currently serving as the Personal Assistant to the Founder and Project Support Lead at Empower a Woman Africa, she plays a vital role in coordinating impactful outreach initiatives, supporting project execution, and contributing to the vision of uplifting vulnerable women and children across Africa.

Driven by a desire to give back to her community, she is especially passionate about issues affecting women, children, and underserved populations. Her academic pursuit in law is rooted in a vision to advocate for the voiceless and bring positive change through policy and legal reform.

Beyond her professional and academic interests, she enjoys reading, sewing, creating art, and exploring meaningful ways to live out her faith. She believes that small acts of kindness, when rooted in purpose and prayer, can create lasting impact.

Who we are

Empower a Woman Africa (EWA) is the mission arm of Empower a Woman Ministries. While the ministry began in 2014 with a focus on both charity and spiritual outreach, a new chapter began when we registered Empower a Woman as a UK charity to focus fully on gospel-centred ministry.
